⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️An Exceptionally Compassionate and Professional Dental Team – Enhance Dental deserves 6 stars!
I was referred to Enhance Dental by my family doctor, and I am profoundly grateful for that referral.
Before finding this clinic, I had consulted with four other specialist dental offices. Despite clearly explaining my situation over the phone in advance, I still paid their consultation fees—only to be told, in person, that they would not take on my case. Some clinics didn’t even return my voicemails at all. It was discouraging, exhausting, and emotionally draining, especially while dealing with increasing pain and a growing infection.
From my very first interaction with Enhance Dental, the experience was entirely different.
Kaye, at the front desk, called me back right away—twice—and left the most caring, compassionate voicemail messages I’ve ever received from a medical office. I was already overwhelmed, scared, and emotionally worn down, and her kindness genuinely brought me to tears. For the first time, I felt that someone truly cared and wanted to help.
During our conversations, I explained everything: the pain, the infection that had worsened (and that another dentist had failed to identify), the fact that this was my first time dealing with a badly done old root canal by someone else, and how anxious and discouraged I felt—especially as someone who already dislikes dental work and does not have dental insurance. Kaye took the time to explain the entire process and all of my options clearly and thoroughly, with patience and warmth. She broke down the pricing honestly and transparently, explaining the worst-case scenario upfront, rather than presenting a best-case quote and adding fees later. In the end, the cost was actually less than what I had been quoted. That level of integrity is rare.
When I arrived at the clinic, Yuan was equally kind and attentive. He immediately recognized how distressed I was and offered genuine warmth and reassurance. His calm and caring presence made a meaningful difference in helping me feel supported.
Nika, Dr. Pazhoh’s assistant, was truly extraordinary. From the moment I sat down, she was reassuring, patient, and deeply compassionate. She helped me slow down, breathe, and feel safe. She allowed me to take my time, spoke to me with empathy and understanding, and cared for me in a way that felt deeply human. She was knowledgeable, gentle, supportive, and even brought moments of lightness when I needed it most. Her presence turned an experience I was terrified of into one I could actually get through with calm. I arrived in tears and left feeling relieved, supported, and genuinely cared for.
And Dr. Pazhoh himself was exceptional. He was highly professional, incredibly gentle, and very attentive to my comfort throughout the entire procedure. His manner was warm and reassuring, with a quiet sense of humor—like an uncle who truly cares about your well-being and wants you to feel safe. He took great care with my extraction of a broken, infected molar and was consistently mindful of my comfort. The procedure was smooth, efficient, and far less distressing than I had feared. The sense of relief afterward was immense.
What stood out just as much as the individual care was the overall energy of the clinic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere conveyed calm, comfort, and professionalism. Even though I had been scared and emotionally heavy for days leading up to the appointment, the environment itself felt grounding and reassuring.
I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for this entire team. What began as a painful and frightening dental situation turned into an experience marked by compassion, honesty, and exceptional care. Enhance Dental is a rare place where skill, integrity, and humanity truly coexist.
